I booked this place on the internet thinking I was reserving a room at the Hotel Duomo (recommended by everyone). Instead, this was a different place altogether. Reception was on the second floor of the building that housed the Hotel Duomo and my room was actually in a different building located down the street. The vestibule of this building was horrible - - dark, dirty, peeling walls. My heart sank! Then I got into my room and it was great - - large, full of light, clean, comfortable bed, kitchen, AND French doors that led into a lovely patio and garden. I particularly liked it on Sunday morning when I sat all cozy in my comfy bed, gazing out into the lovely garden with an excellent wifi connection! Ah, the simple pleasures.

Siena – B&B Duomo
