This was one of my favorite days in Rome - - Peggy, Sasha and I went to several amazing churches (they are everywhere!), spent hours wandering around the lovely Borghesi gardens looking for the museum, saw the VERY impressive statues in the museum, and then worked our way downhill to the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain (again, for me) and back to the hotel. We had a lovely dinner in a nearby hotel. A really pleasant day though my ankle hated it.

Rome - Borghese gardens and gallery

you are totally walking in our footsteps in Rome! We loved the Borghesi gardens and rode around in those giant pedi-bikes!
